About Us

We are led by our President and Owner, Roy Bogue, whose team brings over 50 years of combined construction experience to the table. Roy is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of overall construction experience, and 25 years of construction management experience. Roy's career has included roles as a Superintendent,  Cost controller, MEP Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and as a self preforming Contractor. This has provided Roy with a diversity in understanding all roles and viewpoints involved in directly building a structure. Roy spent 8 years working for Fortune 500 and world renown contractor Turner Construction Company and another 8 years with the states highly respected Petra Construction Corp where in 2014 he led a team to a “Build CT” Merit Award given by the Associated General Contractors of CT AGCCT, for category - CM/GC Mid-Size renovation of 6 million dollars. 

Our emphasis is to reduce or eliminate the excessive amount of confusion and uncertainty that exists in the construction process today. Far too often the parties involved in a building project do not fully understand the obligations they have to each other. This may be because the obligations have not been properly defined or perhaps the parties do not fully understand the contract language or how the contracts between the architect, construction manager and/or general contractor, and vendors mesh together. We prioritize ensuring that all parties fully understands the contracts and the delivery methods of the specific project. 

During preconstruction and even prior to pre-construction we will take the necessary lead to ensure all parties fully understand all details of the construction delivery method/contract being proposed and their specific obligations to it.  It is from this place of knowledge that will allow our customers to make informed decisions and to enjoy their build with confidence rather than in lacking knowledge resulting in uncertainty and stress.
